Sailor Guide
Everything a first-time Virgin sailor needs — what's included, how dining works, dress code, and tips from someone who's sailed them.
What's included on Virgin Voyages?
Gratuities, basic Wi-Fi, fitness classes, and 20+ restaurants are included. You won't find a traditional buffet or main dining room — instead, book specialty restaurants (included) through the app.
How does dining work?
You can reserve restaurants in the Virgin Voyages app. Popular spots like Pink Agave and The Test Kitchen fill up fast. The Galley is walk-in anytime. Sailing solo? You do not have to reserve first — go to the daily time on the paper in your cabin and they coordinate dinner with you. Solo sailor guide.
Dress code
Virgin is casual-smart. No formal nights, no tuxedos. Pack for warm weather ports and one nicer outfit for The Wake steakhouse.
