Daily solo sailor meetups, the cabin paper that sets dinner, and why you do not have to reserve restaurants before you board.

Solo sailor meetups

• Virgin runs a solo sailor meetup every day.
• The first day is the one to make. That is when you meet the group for the rest of the voyage.
• The time is on a paper in your cabin when you board. It is not spelled out in the app.
• Show up at that time. You do not RSVP ahead.

Dinner

• Restaurant reservations are not required for this.
• Go to the daily time on the paper in your room.
• The team coordinates dinner with you there, once you are on the ship.
• The paper gives the time. It does not lock you into a restaurant before you sail.
• You can still book a restaurant in the app if you want a specific one. You do not have to.

The app agenda

• Open the planner in the Virgin app. The home screen is not the planner.
• It fills in closer to the voyage, not on the day you book.
• Anything you book lands on your agenda.
• Most agenda items are still first come, first served on the ship.

Miss Behave and The Ship Show

• These two do have to be booked in the app.
• Book them before you board, or the second you connect to ship Wi-Fi.
• The app does not say this.
• If you wait until you have unpacked, they are usually gone.
